We introduced the nurser to our baby at 3 weeks.  There appeared to be so many choices! 
 The Evenflo Elite comes in three versions - slow, medium and fast flow.  New moms who came to the birth group on alumni day also recommended it.  We have had great initial accomplishment with breast feeding and sought to be sure including the bottle would not create any problems.
